Liz will work with you to design a community engagement/outreach process that meets the needs of your organization and the people you serve. This is an all-encompassing plan, from creating new programs, project management, training, implementation and evaluation. The goal is to do this work collaboratively so that the hand-off from me to you is seamless and you have everything you will need to carry out this work on your own.

We also offer smaller-scale, project-specific community outreach planning (i.e. pop-up, open house, townhall planning)

Feedback loops are an essential part of the community engagement process for long-term relationship building and trust. Liz will work with your organization to create a feedback loop that fits your goals and audience. This begins with a stakeholder analysis and is often done hand-in-hand with community engagement planning.

Want to reach a new audience — or better connect with current customers? Liz will work with you to create a strategic communications plan — and her team will design creative assets to deliver the key messages. This could include new, innovative graphics, pamphlets, website assets, outreach materials and more.

Liz will create a custom training that prepares staff and leaders to confidently do community engagement work using best practices. This is when her training and experience with IAP2 can help your organization optimize your goals.

Liz works alongside organizations to facilitate groups and train staff to ensure that the participants are empowered with the knowledge and tools to do this work on their own.
